Creality Ultra Smooth PTFE Tube - 4 x 2mm - 1m
SKU: 4004200025
Support smooth filament feeding with the Creality Ultra Smooth PTFE Tube. Featuring a 4 mm outer diameter, 2 mm inner diameter and 1 m length, this low-friction tube is a practical replacement for compatible Bowden systems and filament guides using 1.75 mm filament.
Category: Spare Parts
Keep your filament path running smoothly with the Creality Ultra Smooth PTFE Tube. Its smooth, non-stick interior helps minimise resistance as filament travels through the tube, supporting consistent feeding in compatible 3D printers.
Supplied in a 1 m length, the tube can be cut to suit your installation. Use it to replace worn tubing or create a filament guide between your spool and extruder, provided your setup uses matching tube dimensions.
The 4 mm outer diameter fits compatible 4 mm tube fittings, while the 2 mm internal bore accommodates 1.75 mm filament. It’s a useful addition to your Maker toolkit for printer maintenance and filament-routing projects.
Key Features
- Smooth Internal Surface: Helps reduce friction along the filament path.
- PTFE Construction: Provides a non-stick surface for filament feeding.
- 4 mm Outer Diameter: Fits matching fittings designed for 4 mm tubing.
- 2 mm Inner Diameter: Suitable for guiding 1.75 mm filament.
- 1 m Length: Can be cut to suit your printer’s requirements.
- Versatile Application: Suitable for compatible Bowden systems and external filament guides.
Please Note
- Check Compatibility: Confirm the required tube dimensions, fittings and length before ordering. Some filament systems require a different internal diameter.
- Filament Size: Suitable for 1.75 mm filament; not suitable for 2.85 mm filament.
- Installation: Cut the ends square without crushing the tube, fully seat it in the fittings and avoid tight bends.
- Temperature Limits: Follow your printer and hotend manufacturer’s operating limits. This tube does not increase your hotend’s temperature rating.
- Printing Performance: Actual feeding performance depends on tube routing, filament condition and your printer’s setup.
