Elegoo PLA is made for dependable, high-quality printing with minimal fuss. Produced to a tight ±0.02 mm diameter tolerance, this 1.75 mm filament supports smooth, consistent extrusion on most modern FDM 3D printers. Black PLA delivers a clean, classic appearance that naturally disguises layer lines, making it well suited to functional components, display pieces, and polished prototypes.
Made from plant-based, biodegradable materials, Elegoo PLA combines practical printing performance with a more environmentally conscious material choice. Its low-shrinkage formulation and strong layer adhesion help reduce warping and improve build-plate reliability, supporting consistent results from the first layer through to the finished print.
Every 1 kg spool is automatically wound to help prevent tangles, placed on an environmentally friendly paper spool, and vacuum-sealed with desiccant after production to limit moisture exposure. Whether you are printing your first project or running regular production jobs, Elegoo PLA offers dimensional consistency and a smooth, vibrant finish for everyday 3D-printing applications.

Please Note:
Moisture Sensitivity: Although PLA is generally less moisture-sensitive than materials such as PETG, it can still absorb humidity over time. Store unused filament in a sealed dry box or airtight bag with silica gel.
Maintenance: If the filament has been exposed to ambient air for an extended period, dry it in a filament dryer at 50 °C for 4–8 hours. This can help restore print quality and reduce brittleness, stringing, and surface blemishes.
